Last term, Year 5 had a wonderful few weeks being Young Entrepreneurs! We started our project by conducting our very own market research by taste testing sweet treat products which were already available on the market. We were also lucky enough to have a visit from BigWigs bakery, who told us all about their business and gave us some top tips and advice for our very own products. From there, we conducted surveys and analysed the data, before budgeting, designing and creating our sweet treats. After a trial bake, we evaluated our products ready for our final baking session and sale at the Winter Wonderland Fayre. It was a very successful project with an impressive profit going to the children's chosen charities. Well done Year 5!
